Designed for a history-driven client profile, the concept integrates curated historical elements — including terracotta warrior sculptures — to build a distinctive narrative identity within a competitive urban market.
The project demonstrates how small-format coworking spaces can combine spatial efficiency, brand storytelling, and operational performance to encourage longer stays and repeat use.
